Manhattan Top Brokers Ranking 2022
This ranking shows which residential agents and teams sold the most volume in Manhattan in 2021.
The source data for this ranking comes from the city’s ACRIS database, including transactions recorded in the year 2021 in the borough, and cross-referenced with listings from MLSs and brokerage websites. The data was vetted with the brokerages. Off-market deals were not counted.
TRD searched the top 50 agents to see if they belonged to a team and then credited the team for the deals closed by all of the agents that represented them.
The top-50 ranking includes each agent/team’s total volume, deal count, firm and contact information. The dataset also includes details on all 3,696 deals examined.
