NYC Top Lender Ranking 2023
This ranking sizes up the city’s most active real estate lenders in both the residential and commercial markets.
The source data for this ranking comes from the city’s ACRIS database of real estate transactions, including original mortgages (doc type “MTGE”) recorded between 7/1/22 and 6/30/23 in all five boroughs.
The dataset includes a ranking of the top 20 lenders overall, plus top-five rankings for residential and commercial lenders, ranked by total volume. All rankings also include the deal count for each lender.
